Other Requirements

In order to correctly use the platform, you must:

- Have the following ports open: TCP 80 and TCP 443 (always) and TCP 81; TCP 554; TCP 1935, TCP 9123 y UDP 6970-9999 (if you are going to use the virtual classroom if you have purchased the coaching service).

- Have Cookies and JavaScript activated in the browser.

- It is recommendable to not have anything activated in your browser that would block pop-ups (Pop-Up blockers, antivirus software or firewalls).

- It is recommendable to have Adobe Flash installed. If you do not have it, it is possible to view the courses in HTML5, but the user may encounter some limitations with the platform, such as viewing banners or the use of collaborative tools.

HTML5 Technology

- Responsive Mode: The platform must respect the use of the tags that are used for the HTML5 to be responsive on mobile devices. If the course is within the iframe tag, the tag will not work and as such the platform must have a similar tag in a higher level in the HTML code. The ideal situation would be for the platform not to include the content of the course within and iframe.

- Full Screen: For the full screen option to work on certain browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Safari), it is necessary to have the allowFullScreen and the variants for the browsers, mozallowfullscreen and webkitallowfullscreen, if the course is within an iframe. The ideal situation would be for the platform not to include the content of the course within and iframe.

- Extensions Permitted: To correctly access the platform, the network through which it is access must allow files with the following extensions: html, mp4, mp3, jpg, png, css, js, xml, vtt, worffm, svg, tff, eot, json, txt.

Flex Technology

- Server Settings: If the server and/or proxy has some restriction regarding unknown extensions, it is necessary to enable .bpf files, which is a specific type of file that our courses use. If a MIME Type is required for such extension, it can be assigned the text/plain type.

Mobile Version

To correctly use the mobile version of the platform, it is recommended to view it with the device held vertically, since the products are designed for optimum use with Smartphones when viewed in this position.
